What do the two allowances mean?
Initial creators are unlocked from your first discovery; this allowance is one-time. Ongoing creators are newly discovered matches you can unlock each billing cycle. Previously unlocked creators remain available while subscribed.
Does Halo stop when I reach my limit?
Discovery keeps running and your matches stay saved. Upgrade to unlock more results, or use your next ongoing allowance when the cycle renews. There are no automatic overage charges.
What is included in the trial?
Every plan has a 14-day trial. Trial access is capped at 500 initial and 100 ongoing creators, or your selected plan’s allowance if lower. The exact trial allowance is shown on each plan.
How does billing work?
An active plan or 14-day trial is required to use Halo. Prices are in USD, billed monthly through Shopify, with one store per subscription. Approve and manage your plan in Shopify; review the price and effective date before confirming a change.
